QVC jewelry designer Judith Ripka relists her Meadow Lane estate for $6M

It was asking almost $9M in 2013

Jewelry designer Judith Ripka has listed her Meadow Lane estate in Southampton for $6 million, reports Realtor.com. The home went up for sale under listing agent Beate Moore of Sotheby’s International Realty earlier this week, but this isn’t the first time that the home has been on the market.

Ripka purchased the property back in 2001 for $2.5 million. The home that currently stands was built in 2004 and was first listed for sale in 2013 for $8,895,000. The price went down several times, was removed in 2014 and then relisted in 2015, cut a few more times, and now relisted under Sotheby’s. In 2016, the home was asking $5,995,000—which was the lowest it’s been.

Ripka’s designs are most notably seen on QVC and the Shopping Channel.

The home is just 1,712 square feet on 4.2 acres of land located on the bay side of Meadow Lane, across the street from the ocean. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. According to this listing, the home has been renovated.
