In August of 2015, the 4,350-square-foot home at 94 Ocean Road in Bridgehampton went up for sale for $5,295,000. Prior to that, it was available to rent. It stuck around on the market for about 10 months before the listing was removed in June of 2016.

Now, just over a year later, the home came back on the market for the same $5,295,000 asking price.

Built in 1840, the home has six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms on 0.71 acres of land. The Greek Revival home has been restored but has maintained some of the details from the original construction, such as the wide-plank floors and moldings.

Other interior features include high ceilings, tall doorways, a fireplace in the living room, two sitting rooms, and a sunroom. All of the bedrooms are ensuite, and the junior master has its own terrace.

Outside, there is a covered porch, an open patio, a guest house with full bathroom and kitchenette, mature landscaping, a heated gunite pool, and a detached garage.

Laura White of Saunders Real Estate has the listing.
