The Water Mill compound located at addresses 329 Mecox Road and 30 Narod Boulevard came down in asking price earlier this week, now available for $5.9 million. This is the second time that the property has seen a price cut since coming on the market back in 2014.

In June of 2014, the property was listed for $10 million before being removed in March of 2016. In July of this year, the home came back on the market with a 36 percent price cut—bringing it down to $6.4 million. Since the last price cut, 41 percent has been taken from the price tag.

Built in 1969, the home has 2,400 square feet of living space, with six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms between the main house and the guest house. The main house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a double-height great room, and spaces built for indoor-outdoor living. The master suite has a private roof deck.

The guest house features a full kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms.

Outside, there’s a pool, courtyard, and landscaping. It’s listed with agents Michaela Keszler and Natalia Papulova-Phillips of Douglas Elliman.
