The Henry Ford Estate at 90 Jule Pond Drive in Southampton—known as Fordune—has been listed for $175 million, reports The Real Deal. The home is the most expensive property for sale in the Hamptons.

Fordune was built for Henry Ford II in 1960. His first wife, Anne McDonnell, had the title to the property after the couple divorced in 1964. At the time, the home was 16,000 square feet in size on a whopping 235 acres. The massive property had been broken up into smaller parcels after that.

Now, the home is 20,000 square feet on 42 acres of land.

In 1975, McDonnell sold it to an Italian financer, Carlo Traglio, for $1.8 million. The current owner purchased the property in 2002 for $21.75 million under an LLC, Yumi & The Kids.

The oceanfront home has three separate wings, one of which has a separate entrance. The main house has 12 bedrooms, a pool, a six-car garage, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a carriage house.

The property will be under listing agents Cody and Zach Vichinsky of Bespoke Real Estate.
