A contract has been signed for the home at 11 Cove Hollow Farm Road in East Hampton under the current $14.95 million asking price. The home is listed with agents Ed Petrie, James Petrie, and Julie Wolfe of Compass Real Estate.
Back in April, Curbed featured the home after Behind the Hedges reported on its almost $10 million total cut in price since it came on the market in 2012.
When the waterfront home on Georgica Cove first came on the market five years ago, it was asking $24.75 million. In 2015, the price came down to $19.75 million, and then earlier this year to $14.95 million.
Designed by architect Jaquelin T. Robertson and built by Caramagna/Murphy in 1997, the 7,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, 408 feet of water frontage on Georgica Cove, high ceilings, French doors, a pond view veranda, a heated waterside pool, and a separate one-bedroom apartment.
