The home at 678 Halsey Lane in Bridgehampton went on the market in July of 2016 for $13.9 million. After about four months up for sale, the asking price was cut to $12,495,000—and until earlier this week, it was the most expensive home for sale on Halsey Lane at that asking price.

The price was just cut for the second time since the home has been for sale, shaving off $1.5 million. Now, it’s available for $10,995,000, and it’s no longer the most expensive home for sale on the street. It’s beat out now only by the home at the 104 address—a $12.4 million home with almost 18,000 square feet, 12 bedrooms, and 12.5 bathrooms.

Built in 2005, the traditional-style home has six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms in 6,500 square feet. The lot is two acres in size, sitting adjacent to a 20-acre reserve. Features include a formal living room, screened-in porch with a fireplace, sunroom, balcony and fireplace in the master suite, and finished lower level with a gym and wine cellar.

Outside, there are covered porches, a pool, pool house, tennis court, detached carriage house, and a gated entry.

The home is listed with agent Gary DePersia of Corcoran Group Real Estate.
