Elinor Bunin Munroe’s previous Bridgehampton cottage is on the market at 719 Ocean Road in Bridgehampton for $19.5 million, reports the New York Post.
The late graphic designer used to design the title credits for on-screen productions, including television shows and movies—among them, Mel Brooks’ The Producers. In 2011, she opened the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center, which is located in New York City.
Built in 1957, the Bridgehampton cottage is just 2,200 square feet in size with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It sits on 4.2 acres of land on Sagg Pond, with over 700 feet of direct water frontage. There are views of both Sagg Pond and the ocean from the property.
The property is listed with agent Linda Nasta of Corcoran Group Real Estate.
Curbed featured the property last week when it went on the market.
