Curbed Comparisons explores what one can buy or rent in the Hamptons for a certain price. Today, we’re going to take a look at what a $200,000 budget will rent you in Montauk—but only for August to Labor Day.

For August to Labor Day, this 5,000-square-foot Hither Hills beach house will cost you $150,000. The home is on just shy of one acre of land with five bedrooms and four-and a-half bathrooms. Not only are ocean views are available through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, but the home also overlooks Montauk State Park.

The most expensive rental on our list is a four-bedroom, four-bath home asking $185,000 for August to Labor Day. A fascinating feature in this house is a half-bathroom in the master suite, which sits within the bedroom and doesn’t have doors.

There is an open floor plan on the second floor, where the eat-in kitchen, dining area, and living space are located along with floor-to-ceiling glass doors. From the outside deck, one will get 180-degree ocean views.
