For a long time, La Dune was the largest standing and most expensive manse in the Hamptons up for sale, with 22,000-square-feet of living space and an asking price of $145 million. While the title for most expensive is still in La Dune’s hands (and the $145 million price tag), it has officially been knocked down to the number-two spot as the largest.
At 23,000-square-feet, the newly built estate at 6 Olde Towne in Southampton—affectionally referred to as Summerhouse—beats out La Dune in square footage by just 1,000-square-feet.
The home is available for sale with listing agent Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty—the same agent who is on the listing for La Dune.
The asking price is $34,950,000.
Summerhouse, which was recently completed by Kean Development, has nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and four half-bathrooms on four acres of land. All of the bedrooms are ensuite.

The home features two master suites, a second floor master suite apartment, two full staircases, an elevator, five stone fireplaces, chef’s kitchen, traditional kitchen, media room, library, finished lower level, theatre, gym, basketball court, and full bar.
There is also a pool, pool house, and tennis court on the property.
