The newly built 12,000 square foot home at 57 Jared Lane in Sagaponack went on the market in April of this year with a $21,995,000 asking price. After three months on the market, the home just received its first price cut—$2 million has been shaved off, now asking $19,995,000 under listing agent Susan Breitenbach of Corcoran Group Real Estate.

Jared Lane, which is right off the notable Parsonage Lane, is south of the highway and about 1.5 miles from the ocean, which would take less than 10 minutes to bike, and less than five minutes to drive.

The home has eight bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms on a 2.3 acre lot. The shingle style home was designed by Tony Ingrao, and features 30-foot ceilings in the living room, radiant heat on the stone floors, a screened-in porch, a floating staircase, and finished lower level with gym, steam room, bar, wine cellar, and theatre.

Outside, there’s a pool, spa, pool house, and outdoor kitchen.
