The 12,000 square foot home at 25 Jennifir Lane in Bridgehampton just came on the market for $15.5 million under listing agent Dana Trotter of Sotheby’s International Realty. The property last sold in 2014, which is the same year that the house was built. Three years ago, it sold for $12.25 million.

The barn style home has six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms on 1.5 acres. Designed by Debra Simon Design, the home is being offered fully furnished.

As one might expect in a barn style home, an open floor plan is used on the main level. A floating staircase sits between the living and dining space to provide separation while flow between the spaces is still maintained.

A second living space, which could be used as an office or sitting area, is lofted above the living room.

The kitchen features dual islands, a breakfast banquette, wet bar, and sitting area.

Other interior features include a bronze-screened porch, a disappearing glass door, a fireplace, wooden beams, riveted steel girders, two mud rooms, a laundry room, and a two-car garage.

The master suite has a private terrace and pond views.

Outside, there is a full outdoor kitchen, large waterside dining pergola that extends out over the patio, a two-story pool house with kitchenette, heated gunite saltwater pool, spa, and room for tennis.
