3 Hamptons homes with outdoor kitchens

Bon appetit!

Saunders

When news broke that Food Network chef and talk show host Katie Lee put her Water Mill home up for sale, Curbed was inspired by the outdoor kitchen. Outdoor kitchens are perfect for enjoying the weather in the summer and the quickly-approaching fall.

Let’s take a look at three Hamptons homes with outdoor kitchens.

289 Parsonage Lane, Sagaponack

The largest and most expensive home that we’re featuring is 11,665-square-feet in size with an asking price of $21.95 million. The modern style home sits on two acres of land adjacent to a Sagaponack agricultural reserve. In addition to the outdoor kitchen, this six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home features a gunite pool, pool house, and detached three-car garage.

22 Merkel Lane, Shelter Island

The only waterfront home featured here is also the least expensive. Located on Shelter Island with 266 feet of waterfront, this traditional style home is asking $4.75 million. Built in 2010, there are four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half-baths in 6,228 square feet.

The outdoor kitchen and barbecue is located on the 2,000-square-foot patio under a pergola. The space has full views of the water and is close to the pool, making it perfect for outdoor dining in the summer.

50 Osprey Way, Water Mill

Also located under a poolside pergola, this outdoor kitchen appears to be the largest space of the homes features. There’s a hightop bar with seating as well as the barbecue space, which isn’t under the pergola and slightly off to the side.

The home is 3,200-square-feet with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms on 3.2 acres of land. Other features include blustone patios, a guite pool, and tennis court patio.
