The estate at 64 Holly Lane in Water Mill just cut a whopping $3.75 million from its asking price, bringing it from $23 million down to $19.25 million. The price cut was over 16 percent of the asking price.

The home came on the market in June of 2016.

Built in 2008, the 7,000-square-foot waterfront home has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. There’s 500 feet of waterfront across the one-and a-half acre lot, including views of Meyer’s Pond and Mecox Bay. Outside, there’s a boat dock, heated pool, and pool house.

The home was previously featured on Curbed for its home office, which is basically a sunroom that doubles as a work space with a balcony off the side.

There is also a three-bedroom guest house on the property, which is attached to the main house via a breezeway with telescopic doors. The space between the main house and guest house could double as entertaining space.

In the master suite, one will find two bathrooms, two dressing rooms, and water views.
