Sag Harbor home from 1880 with 1,105 sq. ft. cuts price, now asking $650K

It looks like the home has been completely gutted

Located at 147 Hampton Street in Sag Harbor, this 1,105-square-foot home on just 0.11 acres of land just saw its first price cut since coming on the market last month with a $700,000 asking price. The home is now asking $650,000 with listing agent Ray Lord of Douglas Elliman.

The home has been fully renovated and features hardwood floors, an open kitchen, a pine deck off the dining area, and a master with ensuite bathroom.

Though it was originally built in 1880, the listing photos look as if the home was fully gutted in the renovation. It doesn’t seem like the home has any of the original details from the nineteenth century construction.

While it doesn’t have much of a yard and there isn’t room to expand on the existing home, the space could serve well as a summer home for the minimalist. The pine deck off the dining area would be great for outdoor dinners.

The property is close to Havens Beach and Sag Harbor village.
