The home was listed on April 26 and went into contract on May 9.

Built in 1946, the home at 9 Lincoln Avenue is just 488-square-feet, with one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom can just fit a double bed, and the kitchen has a surprising amount of counter space. There’s also a center island, which looks to double as the dining table.

In the living room, one will find a sliding door and direct bay views. The sliding door leads out to a patio and right onto the beach.

On only 0.11 acres of land, there isn’t much room to expand.
