Harvest Pointe, a 55+ luxury community on the North Fork, has officially launched previews of available condominiums for the summer season. The Harvest Pointe Preview Office opened June 9 in Cutchogue, and sales officially commence in August.
The 124-residence community—developed by Kenilworth Equities and Rimland Development—is located on 46 acres in Cutchogue, all represented by Sheri Winter Clarry of Corcoran Group Real Estate.
Sheri Winter Clarry commented, “Harvest Pointe offers the very best of the North Fork—a sophisticated and quiet refuge in beautifully-constructed homes surrounded by walking trails on the property, yet close to everything that makes this community so special.”
Asking prices for each condominium will begin at approximately $675,000.
The condos are available in four different sizes, all named after evergreen plants found on the North Fork—the Holly, the Inkberry, the Juniper, and the Laurel. The Holly and Laurel units are two-stories, while the Inkberry and Juniper are single-level.
Each condo has two to three bedrooms, a full basement, and a two-car garage. Features include vaulted ceilings, chef’s kitchens, granite countertops, laundry rooms, energy-efficient LED lighting, and central air.
Residents of Harvest Pointe will have access to the community’s saltwater pool, private wine cellar, fitness center, yoga room, and tennis court. The clubhouse has a full-time concierge and maintenance manager.
The Harvest Pointe Preview Office is located at 28200 Main Road in Cutchogue.
