Today, we’re looking at what $2 million will buy you in North Haven.


Undisclosed Address

This modern home—built in 1981—sits 3,398-square-feet on over two acres of land. There are four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Interior features include a fireplace in the living room, a sitting area in the master suite, a floating staircase, and beamed cathedral ceilings.

Outside, there is a heated pool, bluestone coping, and a mahogany deck. The asking price is $1.75 million.


20 North Harbor Drive

Built in a post modern style in 1982, this home is 2,500-square-feet on 0.34 acres of land located near Sag Harbor village. The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great room with fireplace, hardwood floors, and an updated kitchen.

The home was last sold in 1999 for $190,000 and was listed for sale at $1.4 million in 2008. The home has been on and off the market several times since, and is currently asking $1,595,000.


12 Fresh Pond Road

At 1,300-square-feet, this is the smallest house featured. Built in 1989 with an asking price of $1,295,000, it’s also the most recent and the least expensive. The home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open floor plan in the living and dining spaces, and a master bedroom with a fireplace. It sits on 0.38 acres of land, located next to seven acres of conservation land.

The home was last sold in 1999 for $375,000 and most recently went on the market in May with Corcoran Group Real Estate.
