Back in March, when Curbed featured this Sagaponack home, it was asking $15.95 million. The home just received its first major price cut since coming on the market with listing agent Gary DePersia of Corcoran (it got a small price cut soon after going on the market from $16 million to $15.95 million), and is now asking $13.5 million.

The price of the home has been cut by $2.4 million, or 18 percent.

The home belongs to the music producer L.A. Reid, who has worked with names such as Future, Rick Ross, and 21 Savage. For some throwbacks, he’s worked with TLC, Toni Braxton, and Boyz II Men. He’s also been a judge on The X Factor.

The estate has been on and off the market a few times in recent years. When the home was featured on Variety back in 2013, the asking price was a whopping $19 million (or, $18,995,000).

The home—built in 2004—is 6,870-square-feet in size on 3.3 acres of land with eight bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms. The property is located south of the highway.

The master suite includes a sitting area, massage room with sauna, and a spacious dressing room with plenty of room for seating or a vanity.

Other features include a finished lower level with media room, gym, and wine room.

The property includes a gated, hedge-lined driveway, covered patios, uncovered patios, a heated gunite pool with natural stone, spa, an all-weather tennis court, and a cabana.
