The new construction at 101 Pheasant Lane just saw its second multi-million dollar price cut in its first year on the market. The home is now available for $26.95 million.

Back in July of 2016, the home went on the market with listing agent Herald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty for $32 million. In November of 2016, the home went down in price by $3.1 million, putting the asking price at $28.9 million. Last week, another almost $2 million was shaved off.

The property was last sold in December of 2014 for $10.26 million, and before that for $6.7 million in 2013.

Inside, the home features nine bedrooms, 11 full baths, three half-baths, a chef’s kitchen, library, a glass enclosed breezeway, a guest apartment with private deck, a gym, sauna and steam rooms, bar, theatre, wine cellar, dance studio, and an elevator.
