The Southampton Pointe condominium complex by the Melville-based developers Fairfield Properties have been revealed and are now available to purchase, reports Behind the Hedges. The condominium complex was originally approved in 2006 and first had plans of building off County Road 39 and Tuckahoe Lane back in April of 2009.
The condos are all represented by Mary Slattery at Corcoran Group Real Estate. The three-bedroom condos range in size between 1,875-square-feet and 2,045-square-feet. Each has either two or two-and a-half bathrooms.
There is a total of 50 units available. In 2009, the condos were expected to run between $300,000 and $400,000, while the allotted 15 affordable housing units were projected to run around $200,000. But the prices have changed a bit in eleven years. Now, the condos are available to purchase at prices between $1,165,000 and $1.25 million.
Amenities include high-end appliances, custom closets, a gunite pool, and pool cabana. The clubhouse has a fitness room.
