A shingled cottage on Three Mile Harbor Road in East Hampton just came on the market for $1.35 million with listing agent Joseph Macal of Sotheby’s International Realty.

The property includes a 1,675-square-foot structure and what the listing describes as “magical gardens” throughout the 2.3 acres of land. The description isn’t far off.

The home itself has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with cathedral ceilings and French doors in the living room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a decent amount of counter space—though, it looks like the cabinets could use an upgrade.

The exterior of the home—built in 1983—features mature (and magical) gardens, bluestone terraces, and a screened-in porch.

The two most recent sells of the property were in 2007 and 1998, for $782,500 and $220,000, respectively.
