In 2011, the 1,658-square-foot home at 294 Fairview Avenue in Montauk was listed for sale at $850,000. After three months, the home cut a bit from the price tag, but after another year the home came off the market.

About seven months later, in April of 2013, the home went back on the market with a small $25,000 hike in the price tag, and then just two months later the asking price changed to $925,000.

The listing was removed in 2014 and then was put back up for sale in 2015 for $925,000. Since 2015, the price has been sitting at $899,000, and as of this past April, the home is finally pending a sale under listing agent Janet Weimar of Corcoran Group Real Estate.

The home was built in 1965 and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a half-acre lot that borders the Montauk Downs Golf Course. There is a pool, laundry room, outdoor shower, fireplace, and garage.
