The property at 466 Further Lane in East Hampton last sold in 2011 for $5.1 million to Sandy Gallin, the former talent manager to names like Dolly Parton and Michael Jackson. Gallin purchased the property, constructed a new residence, and put the home up for sale in 2012 for $24.5 million.

The home sat on the market for almost two years without any change in price. Then it went back on the market... and came off, again. When it was offered up for sale again, it wasn’t until 2015 that the home saw its first change in price, going down to $22.5 million.

Now, a year-and-a-half later, the home has seen another major price cut—chopping $3.6 million from the asking price at once, bringing it down to $18.9 million.

Gallin passed away in April. He was 76.

The home is 6,500-square-feet in size on 2.11 acres of land, with seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms. There are a total of four outbuildings on the property.

Interior features of the main house include a chef’s kitchen, full dining room, a home theatre, and gym. Outside, there’s a gunite pool and outdoor entertaining areas.
