A sauna is usually found in a local gym or athletic facility, ideal for a post-workout sweat. While they’re found in almost every household in Finland, they’re usually reserved for the luxury market in the United States.

This home is a bit bigger, with 9,000-square-feet on 4.7 acres. There are eight bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and the asking price is $3.95 million. The home is located north of the highway, relatively close to the bay.

The sauna in this home is located on the finished lower level, near the gym, bedrooms, and bathroom. Other features include six fireplaces, two living areas, a grand foyer with 25-foot ceilings and two staircases, and a glass shower and separate tub in the master bathroom.

Built in 2003, the home was sold in 2011 for $3,995,000 and in 2013 for $2,925,000. It was listed for sale in 2014 at $4,295,000 but was taken off the market in 2016. In March, the home came back on the market with the current $3.95 million asking price.

The least expensive home featured here is a 2007 traditional-style home with 7,500-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, and six-and-a-half bathrooms on 0.6 acres of land. The asking price is $2,995,000.

The sauna is located—like the other homes—on the finished lower level, alongside a media room and wine room. The home also features a living room with fireplace, solarium, library, and gourmet kitchen.

The home has been on and off the market since 2014, at which time it was listed with Douglas Elliman for $3,295,000. It is currently available through Corcoran Group Real Estate.
