Southampton estate on Ox Pasture goes on the market for $13.5M

Hardly any photos of the interior are available, but we can use our imagination, right?

All photos, Sotheby’s

The home at 355 Ox Pasture Road in Southampton just hit the market with listing agent Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty—the same agent who has the listings for La Dune and Twin Peaks. The home is on the market for $13.5 million.

In 1999, the property was sold for $2.65 million, but the current home wasn’t built until 2001. In 6,500-square-feet of living space, there are six bedrooms and seven full bathrooms.

The estate is accessed by both main and delivery driveways. The two-acre grounds were designed in a French style, with sculpted gardens and hedges for privacy, along with a heated gunite pool, spa, and pool house.

Unfortunately, there aren’t many interior photos available on the listing, other than one of the pool house, which has a sitting room, bathroom, and washer and dryer.

There are stone floors, French doors in the formal living room and library that open out to the patio, eat-in kitchen with center island, a screened-in outdoor living and garden room, a laundry room, private balcony off the master suite, and finished lower level with wine room, gym, and sauna.
