The 1,400-square-foot beach cottage at 11 Orchard Lane in Springs went on the market for $849,000 with listing agents Bob Steiner and Tina Plesset of Sotheby’s International Realty on May 27. On June 5, the price tag was reduced down to $795,000.

As of June 12, the home has been pending a sale—giving it only 16 days on the market before it went into contract.

The newly renovated home was originally built in 1959 and sits on 0.45 acres of land. There are two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fireplace, radiant heat, kitchen appliances, a heated saltwater pool, and mahogany decking.

The home is located in the northern part of Springs, close to Hog Creek Point. Deeded beach access and marina rights comes with the purchase of the property. It was offered fully furnished, according to the listing.

The home was recently sold earlier this year in February for $495,000, in 2004 for $445,000, and in 2002 for $299,000.
