Meeting House Lane in Amagansett just added a listing of properties for sale at the 36 & 42 addresses, a compound that is a total of one acre in size. The compound is listed with agent Cindy Shea of Sotheby’s International Realty.

A home currently sits on the 36 Meeting House Lane property, which is 0.46 acres in size. The home was built in 1925 and sits 2,550-square-feet with three bedrooms and four full bathrooms.

The 36 Meeting House Lane property was last sold in 2003 for $1,225,000. The current asking price for the entire compound is $8 million.

The home has been renovated and includes a country kitchen, study, den, and finished lower level.

The 0.54 acre lot at the 42 address has a large cleared area, which the listing suggests to be used for a guest house construction. On this property, there are cutting gardens, specimen trees, a pond, and heated gunite pool.

Meeting House Lane is close to Main Street shops and businesses—including the Stephen Talkhouse and Amagansett Library.
