Christie Brinkley is cutting the price of one of her many Hamptons properties, bringing the asking price of 1 Fahys Road in North Haven down from $25 million to $20 million, reports the New York Post.

Brinkley is no stranger to high-end Hamptons real estate—she put the North Haven home up for sale with listing agent Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman back in October. Before that, in June of 2016 the model put the famous Tower Hill estate in Bridgehampton on the market for $30 million.

But this isn’t the first time either property has been on the market. Brinkley purchased the Fahys Road home in 2004 for $7.15 million and listed it for sale in 2010 for $15.75 million with Saunders Real Estate. Tower Hill was also on the market in 2010, still for the $30 million asking price.

Located in North Haven and close to Sag Harbor village, the 1 Fahys Road home stands 5,500-square-feet in size with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms on 4.44 acres of land, which includes 327 feet of beach frontage.

The home was built in 1843 and still has many of the original details—including wide plank pine floors, an oak banister, and fireplaces.

On the second floor, three out of the four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The master suite has a sitting room, bathroom, and private terrace.

Outside, there are gardens, specimen trees, and a bay-side gunite pool.
