The home at 90 Fairfield Pond Lane in Sagaponack went on the market in February with an asking price of $13.9 million. Last week, the home saw its first price cut since being listed for sale with Corcoran Group Real Estate, now asking $1 million less at $12.9 million.

Back in 2015, the home was listed for rent with Town & Country for $20,000 per month, and then for sale through Saunders Real Estate for $14.9 million. Two years later, the home is back on the market with a total of $2 million slashed from the original asking price.

The newly built 9,900-square-foot home sits on 1.4 acres with seven bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms. The property is south of the highway and a quick walk or drive from the ocean.

Interior features include an eat-in kitchen, fireplace, and walk-in closet in the master wing.

The finished lower level—which can be accessed by the elevator— has a wine cellar, recreation room, gym, sauna, steam room, media room, and two bedrooms.

Outside, there’s a guinte pool, tennis court, spa, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, shower, and garden.
