Earlier this year, East Hampton Town denied Bravo a permit to shoot the reality show Summer House at the Napeague home which was previously used for filming. So they moved a bit west to a home in Water Mill, reports Behind the Hedges.
From June 23 to September 4, the reality show will be filmed every weekend at the Deerfield Road home, which is on the market for $4,995,000 with listing agent Geoff Gifkins of Nest Seekers.
The home is 6,500-square-feet on 5.2 acres. Inside, there are eight bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms, plus an eat-in kitchen and wet bar—because what would a reality show be without a wet bar in the house?
Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool, hot tub, tennis court, three-car garage, and balcony with sliding glass doors from three of the upstairs bedrooms. The basement is fully finished, and has a pool table and kitchenette.
