Back in September, the home at 21 Old Town Road in Southampton came on the market with Sotheby’s International Realty with an asking price of $1,395,000—but it didn’t stay on the market for very long.

The home is back up for sale under listing agent Molly Ferrer, but this time with a $100,000 price cut. The home is now asking $1,295,000.

At 1,382-square-feet, the home went from asking $1,009 per square foot to asking $937 per square foot.

Built in 1920, the home is a stucco cottage is on a 0.26 acre lot located in the village. From the property, it would take about 15 minutes to walk to Main Street.

There are two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fireplace in the living room, a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, attic, basement, and detached one-car garage. The listing claims there is room for a pool in the backyard.

The home certainly needs some work done just to give it an update, but it has the raw materials—the hardwood floors and neutral walls would make the home easily customizable.
