The home at 9 Morgan Hill Way just got a second price cut in its first two months on the market, bringing the asking price down to $18 million.

In the last week of March, the Bridgehampton South property went up for sale for $21 million under listing agent Matthew Breitenbach of Douglas Elliman. Mid-May, the first cut brought the asking price down to $19.5 million, and just last week another $1.5 million change was made in the price tag.

It was last sold for $14,995,000 with Corcoran.

The home has a whopping 12,000-square-feet of living space, but the listing suggests a teardown and building up to 15,000-square-feet. The value here is in the property and location, with 770-feet of water frontage on Kellis Pond. There is also private access to the water.

Built in 1982, the home has nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms, though the listing does not provide any photos of the interior.

A tennis court and basketball court can be found on the property, which borders 31.5 acres of development rights sold land—guaranteeing the preservation of the land.

Morgan Hill Farm is 11.5 acres in size, situated at the end of Morgan Hill Way.
