Let’s get off the South Fork for just a minute

The North Fork is not considered to be a part of the Hamptons. But that doesn’t mean we should never talk about the real estate market just north of Hamptons territory.

North Fork homes tend to be much less expensive than Hamptons homes—especially considering they’re not on the ocean. But that’s not a good reason to hold it against the entire North Fork.
