The home at 59 Hither Lane in East Hampton village recently hit the market with Corcoran Group Real Estate, asking $10,995,000.

The home was built in 1974 and was last sold in April of 2002 for $2.25 million. After 15 years off the market, it looks like this house is ready to sell again.

The home is host to six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms in 5,100-square-feet of living space.

As far as living spaces are concerned, there is a great room with cathedral ceilings, a library with a fireplace and elegant dark blue walls, and a sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors (of course) which lead out to the backyard.

As one gets into the master bedroom, they will continue to find cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace. The closet in the master bedroom has dark wood nooks, intricately designed wallpaper, and full-length mirrors. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and glass-enclosed shower with a rain shower head.

Other rooms in the house include an office and a separate pool house.

The home has a fully equipped gym which sits above the two-car garage, and a laundry facility. This isn’t just a laundry room, it’s a full laundry facility with four washers and dryers.

Outside, there is a heated pool.
