Georgica Association home gets a cut in its price after 2 weeks on the market, now under $9M

The home at 3 Georgica Association Road in Wainscott just got a price cut. The home was listed just two weeks ago at $9.5 million. The current asking price is $8.75 million.

Curbed has covered many Georgica Association homes in the past—like the one that was listed at $24.9 million and sold immediately for just slightly below the asking price, at $24.7 million. Or the one that was the Gilbert residence, and sold for $10.95 million, but was probably a teardown.

There are over 30 properties that are on Georgica Association Road, but only 11 of them are on Georgica Pond itself. And this is one of them, with about 200 feet of water frontage.

The home is small—at only 2,700-square-feet on a lot that’s just barley under a full acre. But the home looks like it’s been recently updated, given the fresh look and stainless steel appliances, which probably weren’t around when the home was built in 1920.
