Water Mill manse up for rent, asking $300K for two months

But just July is $250K

If someone is going to spend $300,000 on a summer rental, that rental should have a spa, sauna, steam room, and a massage room. Or, at least, one would think that it should.

The spa portion of the home is on the walk-out lower level of the home. There’s also a full gym in the three-car garage, so after a full workout you could relax in the sauna and snag a massage. Though, unfortunately the home doesn’t come with an on-call masseuse.

The main house on the property has eight bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. Between the main house and the guest house, there’s 11,515-square-feet of living space on 2.25 acres of land. The size is pretty big, especially considering we’ve seen a lot smaller spaces go for a lot more.

The home at 34 Cobb Hill Lane in Water Mill is up for rent, asking $300,000 for June and July. Just June will cost $150,000 but just July will be $250,000.

The kitchen has an impressive amount of equipment, including a steam cooker and wine cooler—and multiple refrigerators to keep everything in. There’s also a wine cellar, separate from the kitchen.

Outside, there’s an infinity lap pool, recreational pool, a tennis court with sitting area, and gardens that are overlooked by large patios. There is a large covered porch area and sunroom.
