Jay Bialsky is developing a glass house in Bridgehampton with D&D Harvey Architects, a local firm. The home just hit the market this week with an asking price of $24,950,000.

Back in March, another glass house went on the market in Bridgehampton—also developed by Jay Bialsky with architect Andre Kikoski.

The other glass house was 10,000-square-feet and asking $44.9M. So this home is a bit smaller and asking a bit less, too. The new construction stands 8,000-square-feet on an acre of land with seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms.

The interior features imported stone and marble and top-of-the-line hardware and appliances. Designed with an open floor plan, the main level opens to a living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Outside, there is an infinity edge pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, entertaining space, a cabana with a full bathroom, and a five-car garage. There’s also a private dock so the homeowner can launch a kayak, a canoe, or a paddleboard.

Although the property isn’t oceanfront, it does have 155 feet of water frontage and it’s located about half of a mile from the ocean.
