The home went for almost $1M under the original asking price

Sheraton Kalouria, the president and chief marketing officer at Sony Pictures Television, recently sold his East Hampton home at 11 Muchmore Lane. The transaction was closed at $3,950,000, reports 27east.

Kalouria is responsible for consumer licensing of series and brands over at Sony, for shows such as Breaking Bad, Masters of Sex, Shark Tank, and The Blacklist. Before he was responsibly for these high profile shows at Sony, Kalouria was the senior vice president of daytime programming at NBC Universal.

During his time at NBC, he did strategic planning and creative vision for Days of Our Lives and Passions. It’s safe to say the guy knows a thing or two about working in the television business.

Kalouria purchased the property in 2014 for $1,420,000—only a tad under the asking price of $1,495,000.

He then built the home that currently sits on the 0.38 acre property and listed it in July 2016 for $4,875,000.

The home was listed with Douglas Elliman agents Carol Nobbs and Tim Kelly.

The 3,600-square-foot home has six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. Includes a grand entry foyer, gourmet kitchen, and wine bar. Marble finishes can be found in the first floor master bathroom. There’s also a second master suite, located on the second floor.

The finished lower level includes a media room (or home gym, or bonus room for the kids). Outside, one will find a swimming pool, spa, and gardens.
