The property at 18 & 22 Sarah’s Way in East Hampton just hit the market for $18 million earlier this week, listed with James Casale of Bespoke Real Estate. It is the most expensive property that went on the market this week, consisting of two lots.
The land of the two properties is 3.7 acres and has a full potential yield to host two 7,800-square-foot homes and two additional 1,400-square-foot structures. Plus, there’s still room for two pools and two tennis courts.
The proposed structure was designed by the local firm, Adam Jordan Architecture. It would include eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, one half bath, a three-car garage, covered porch with sitting area, and a finished lower level with guest suites and a media room.

What about the second property? It could be another home similar to the one that’s been proposed. Or it could be a guest house. The listing suggests a “grand scale recreational pavilion.”
The properties have been on and off the market in the last few years. They were listed separately for sale in 2014 at $8,495,000 before being removed six months later in March. They were then listed in May for the same price and stayed on the market until earlier this year.
