Hamptons homes for sale with tennis courts for under $7M

Including two new constructions

Saunders

To make a generalization here, Hamptonites love to play tennis. Many properties on the market feature tennis courts, especially as one looks into the high end market over $10 million. Today, Curbed is going to look at four of them for under $7 million.

3 Sayres Court, Bridgehampton

On just under an acre of land, this property is the right size to host a tennis court. The pool and sunken tennis court don’t take up too much of the outdoor space, as the gated property also features a pool house and room to entertain.

Built in 2015, this shingle style home has eight bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms in 8,600-square-feet of living space. The asking price is $6,995,000.

184 Hands Creek Road, East Hampton

Built by Farrell Building Company, this traditional style home has 6,403-square-feet of living space on 2.66 acres of land—putting it on the largest property of the homes featured. The home is host to six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, with a finished lower level that measures out to be almost 2,000-square-feet.

This is also the least expensive home featured, asking $4,295,000. The new construction was finished this year and went on the market in March.

374 Pauls Lane, Bridgehampton

This farmhouse stands 6,400-square-feet on 1.5 acres of land, with eight bedrooms and nine full bathrooms. The property is gated, private, and has a heated gunite pool. Built in 1985, this is the oldest home featured here.

The property went on the market in 2015 with an asking price of $8,495,000. The asking price has gone up and down several times since, and currently sits at $6,950,000.

44 Pheasant Close North, Southampton

Located in a private pond front community, this home—built in 1996—has six bedrooms and five bathrooms in 7,350-square-feet of living space. The lot is 1.45 acres, with a three-car garage, sprinkler system, heated gunite pool, spa, and patio for entertaining.

The home went on the market in April of 2014 with an asking price of $6,995,000. That was reduced in November to $6,595,000, which is still the current asking price. The property was last sold in 1997 for $1.2 million.
