This is the first time this home—built 2014—has ever been on the market. Sold as an empty lot in 2011, the property is now a four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom manse that’s asking $2,670,000.

While the home isn’t exactly huge at 2,650-square-feet, it has a smartly laid out floorplan that maximizes every square foot.

Open and airy, the expansive double-height great room has floor-to-ceiling windows and a black ceramic fireplace.

The kitchen’s focal point is its island, which is made entirely of elm and doubles as a dining table for six. Other highlights include lacquer cabinetry and Wolf and Subzero appliances.

Off the kitchen, there’s a fully-integrated bar with wine storage and a fridge.

The master suite places the free-standing soaking tub right inside the bedroom.

The bathroom has the same simplistic geometric tile that the kitchen backsplash has, and has a separate space with the toilet and glass-enclosed shower.

Outside is an expansive patio adjacent to the heated in-ground pool.
