The waterfront home at 8 Bayview Drive in Quogue just hit the market for $6,750,000 with listing agent Marcia Altman of Brown Harris Stevens.

The home is a new construction with 6,000-square-feet of living space, six bedrooms, and seven-and-a-half bathrooms. It was designed by local Bridgehampton architects at Barnes Coy Architects. The landscape architect is John Ewing.

Some interesting features about this home include heated floors throughout, Lutron remote smart house technology, a Sonos sound system, and security cameras.

“This new waterfront modern is the most exciting property I’ve seen west of the canal,” says Altman. “I’ve fallen in love with it and will truly envy the lucky people who one day soon will get to live here.”

Inside, the great room features one of three wood-burning fireplaces and a glass-lined floating stairway. The floor-to-ceiling windows look out to the landscaping of the property.

In the kitchen, one will find two dishwashers, refrigeration drawers, a warming drawer, and separate wine center. There is also a 16-foot island for food prep.

All six bedrooms are ensuite, but the master suite is worth mentioning here. The sitting room features a fireplace and the same floor-to-ceiling windows that are found throughout the home, allowing a lot of light. The bathroom has white marble, a glass enclosed shower box, and standalone soaking tub.

Outside, one will find a heated saltwater pool, spa, and a glass pool house with a living space and bathroom. The 4,000-square-foot deck outside features the third fireplace. The garage is heated.
