The property at 675 Hedges Lane in Sagaponack just went up for sale, asking $23,950,000. This estate is the most expensive home to go on the market in this past week.

The estate sits at 12,600-square-feet on a 2.3 acre lot, with 11 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, and four half bathrooms between the main house and the guest house. The main house has seven bedrooms, while the guest house has four.

The home was just finished being built this year, and is being offered fully furnished, designed by de la Motte Schult and Tamara Magel Design.

The property at 675 Hedges Lane was last sold in 2013 for $7,900,000. At the time, the home on the property had only four bedrooms and five bathrooms, but the structure was torn down in order to make room for the new estate.
