124 Dune Road gets a $2M slash in its pricetag

The estate at 124 Dune Road in Quogue was originally featured on Curbed Hamptons back in 2012, and then again just days later in order to demonstrate to readers what the home looked like prior to its renovations.

Commenters didn’t like the look of the home.

The home has been back and forth on the market, being listed and relisted a couple of times since. Back in 2012, the 10,700-square-foot home was listed at $17,950,000.

In May 2016, the home was listed again at an even higher price, at $19,995,000. But according to the photos, it looks like even more redesign has been done. It looks like there’s been some mild paint jobs here and there and some different furniture has been used in the staging photos.

While the changes are small, it makes a big difference in showcasing the house.

The nine bedroom, nine bathroom home has just gotten a $2 million price cut, putting the home now at $17,995,000—still higher than what it was on the market for back in 2012.

The home is on a three acre lot, sitting oceanside. There is also a heated gunite pool, pool house, hot tub, tennis court, and three-car garage.
