Though Cottage Living has been out of print since 2008, the legacy of the Idea House will still live on—and it’s looking for a new owner.
The 2004 Idea House sits at 3,600-square-feet on a 0.58 acre lot. Designed by Steven Gambrel and P. Allen Smith, the house offers five bedrooms, five-and a-half baths, a library, vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and a pool. It’s also close to the Bridgehampton town.
The home went on the market back in August 2016, listed at $4,100,000. It’s seen a slight price cut, and is currently asking $3,995,000.
