It’s hard to believe that Memorial Day is right around the corner. OK, well, maybe not right around the corner. We still have the rest of March ... and April ... and May to get through. But when it comes to planning summer rentals, it’s often better to do sooner rather than later.

While many people tend to lean towards the Hamptons and the South Fork for summer rentals, the North Fork has some incredible properties and can provide a much quieter get-away for the season.
