Before, Grove Street Press publisher Barney Rosset owned this East Hampton estate. Now, a new celebrity has nabbed the home. This time, it’s Neil Patrick Harris.
In 2014, the asking price for the listing was $7.49 million, but the celebrity recently paid $5.5 million for the 13-and-a-half-acre home, according to Behind the Hedges.
Along with a pool, poolhouse, and tennis courts, Harris may have also been impressed by the residence’s rooftop hot tub, geothermal air conditioning, and French chef’s kitchen. There is also a wine cellar, library, and screened-in porch.
