There are few words that can encapsulate the Hamptons given that every neighborhood and experience are so different, but when it comes to Montauk, one of the only words that actually work is “chill.”

So while big, fancy luxury estates may be closer to normal in other neighborhoods, Montauk is riddled with beach houses and family homes. To find an estate that could be considered luxurious, but still maintains the integrity that Montauk is known for, is extremely rare.

The home at 26 Wills Point Road—a traditional style home designed by Kevin Wolfe, asking $3,955,000—does just this. With four bedrooms and six-and a-half bathrooms, one of its key interior features is the combination of white walls and dark hardwood floors, making for a classic Hamptons touch.

Notably, the walls are basically covered in windows. The great room features floor-to-ceiling doors of glass that lead out to the patio, the kitchen uses every inch of space above the countertops to put a full-sized window, and the same goes for the dining room and bedrooms.

The home was built in 2007 at 5,740-square-feet on a 1.42-acre lot. Outside, one will find a saltwater gunite pool, fire pit, and expansive patio. The home also features a wine tasting room, where the future homeowner can have all those local South Fork wines.
