Last week, Curbed featured a home on Parsonage Lane that’s new to the market. A week ago, the asking price was $14,995,000, but on March 22 the home got a $1 million price cut, now asking $13,995,000.
The Sagaponack home is listed with Sotheby’s International Realty. According to public record provided by Realtor.com, the home was listed and relisted in 2016, and then listed again on March 19, 2017. The price cut happened just days later.
The 11,760-square-foot home includes seven bedrooms, ten-and a-half bathrooms, and sits on a lot that’s just under two acres.

The interior includes dark hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, white walls with wainscoting, and a neutral palette throughout the home, making it customizable with furniture and art, but still with that beachy feel.
Outside, the home features a sunken all-weather tennis court, heated salt water pool with hot tub, and farm views.
