Farrell Building Company has announced that they will be opening Hamptons on Hubert in TriBeCa, which is a space that provides an opportunity for clients to experience Farrell home designs. It is in partnership with the Andrew Azoulay team from Douglas Elliman.

Though it looks like there has been some pop-up events at the space, the official launch party will be on Thursday, April 6.

Clients will be able to see floor plans, kitchens, bathrooms, and other designs that have been used in Farrell homes, as well as take virtual tours of properties on the market. There will even be an opportunity to hear from homeowners.

This space will be particularly useful for prospective New York City clientele, as one will not necessarily need to go out to the East End if they’re considering Farrell for their home.

Other than providing clients the opportunity to experience the home and living aspect that Farrell provides, it seems like the goal of Hamptons on Hubert is to showcase the entire Hamptons experience. Or, at least, as much as an interior space in TriBeCa can.

To do this, they’ve brought some major local brands into the space, like Hamptons Coffee Company and Tate’s.

Though nothing other than physically being in the Hamptons provides the total Hamptons experience, it seems like Farrell Building Company is at least trying to bring people one step closer.
